Náplň práce

We are looking for a new member of the customer service team to join the Europe Operations Centre in Ostrava with daily use of French and English. In this new position, you will expand the existing team in France and also in Switzerland. For this position, we are looking for someone who enjoys communicating with customers and wants to use their French and English on a daily basis. In this position, your task will be communicating with colleagues and customers (other ABB units + end customers) and ordering spare parts (drives, control systems) for industries such as cement, paper, manufacturing and metal processing worldwide.

daily communication in French (your team, colleagues and customers speak French)

spare parts order processing

participating in the preparation of quotations, sending requests to suppliers

executing incoming orders for spare parts from our internal and external suppliers

checking customer orders and entering and updating them into our SAP ERP system

managing projects/orders from receipt to delivery

resolving overdue invoice claims
