Požadavky: job description:

Do you have great communication and problem-solving skills? Do you enjoy working within an international environment and helping customers with their user/technical issues? Perfect, let us know and join the team.

what will be your responsibilities:

• respond to customer phone calls as the first line of support

* resolve customer demands (mostly via phone)

* handle a range of issues related to products or services

• greet customers warmly and be the first contact on the line

* able to work in a 24/7 shift environment
