Požadavky: a small multinational company Camozzi Sro (www.camozzi.cz – www.camozzigroup.com ) with Head Quarter in Italy and local branch in Prague 10 Hostivar is looking for internal sales support with technical background and good knowledge of English or Italian language and SAP system.
what will you do
* administrative support, preparing reports and overviews
* management of supplier’s and customer invoice including communication with accountants
* register the order received by the client in the SAP management system and sends an order confirmation
* support the stock for planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods
* manage small internal customers in autonomy preparing offer, making quotations
* making the follow up, creating specific small mkt campaigns
* carry on of all operations of order management relative to clients/dealers of competence in accordance with the internal procedures and the scheduled deadlines using SAP
who we are looking for
* czech native
* good knowledge of english or italian
* knowledge of SAP system
* good communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills
* good management of interpersonal relationships;
* technical background
* preferred technical high-school diploma
* suitable for people who want to learn new things
* due to the type of job it is not possible to make home office
